23 New Street, St Davids

Construction of a new kitchen and dining room extention to the rear of 23 New Street. We were contracted by our clients to build the structural shell of the new extention (foundations, external walls, concrete floor, roof timbers and steelwork, slating and leadwork, fitting windows and doors, internal partitions and patio), with the client completing the internal wiring, plumbing, rendering and decoration etc.
