We specialise in building quality and energy efficient new homes in Pembrokeshire. We build either directly for our clients who have had their dream design drawn by an architect for their own plot of land, or speculatively on either individual plots we have purchased or on larger developments whereby we design and build a mixture of house types to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. We are also able to design and build homes for our clients who have their own land.

Only quality materials are used in the construction of our properties.
- Building control officers, carry out thorough inspections throughout the construction stages to ensure compliance with current regulations & correct building practice.

- High quantity of floor, wall and roof insulation – much more energy efficient than older properties, thus cheaper to run per year
- Highly efficient heating systems with modern and energy efficient condensing oil or gas boilers and temperature controls, air source or ground source heat pumps and solar panels.
- Our homes are air pressure tested to ensure a balance between valuable heat not being lost, and the recommended air ventilation is available for a healthy home
- We build to the latest Building Control technical standards, ensuring our homes have lower running costs through greater energy efficiency and water efficiency; are environmentally friendly with reduced greenhouse gas emissions, use less water, encourage household recycling, use less polluting materials to build; provide an improved, more pleasant and healthier place to live, with more natural light & adaptability for future needs
- New homes are quieter than older properties due to increased sound insulation materials used in the construction
- Our homes are built to stringent fire and safety regulations, and include smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, high performance locks etc as standard
