The site is prominently positioned with frontage onto the A4219, and approximately ½ a mile from the main A40, which links with the A48 in Carmarthen, and M4 corridor to the rest of the UK and Europe.
Fishguard & Goodwick Harbour, where Stena Line operate a passenger and freight ferry to Rosslare in Ireland, is only 2 miles or so away. There is also a passenger rail terminal in Goodwick. Ferry crossing time is 3.5 hours.
There is a business aviation airport at Withybush, Haverfordwest, which is only 15 miles away. This is fully operational, with facilities for helicopters and short wing aircraft.
Tarmacadam access roads have been installed to Pembrokeshire County Council Highways authority standards. These roads will be adopted by Pembrokeshire County Council.
Mains electric, water and telephone are on site. Broadband is available. 3 Phase electric is available. Foul waste is to be disposed of in septic or treatment tanks.
